Consultation (1 Hour) $45

After you fill out a detailed questionnaire about your current eating habits/lifestyle, we’ll go over your answers, discuss your goals, and come up with a new plan of action.

Private/Semi Private Raw Foods Class $50 per hour*

Want some personal guidance on how to incorporate more raw and plant based eating into your lifestyle?  In this hands-on, one-on-one class, I will show you how to prepare some raw meals,  introduce you to the benefits of this style of eating, and teach you how to incorporate healthier foods into your current diet.

Small Group Class/Raw Dinner Party $40 per person

Perfect for sharing with your family and friends, I will demonstrate to your group how to prepare raw and plant dishes for all to try.  This is a casual, fun, and unique setting, and the dinner/meals are all included.   I can give a class centered around an overview of raw “cooking”, or I can design it around a theme of your choosing (raw dessert party, anyone? :))  (Minimum of 4 people please;  10 maximum)

A La Carte (raw/plant-based food instruction;  fridge/pantry makeover;  or guided grocery shopping trip)  $50 per hour*

Where do you need help?  Maybe you’d just like an hour to go over strategies for healthier eating.  Maybe it’s the grocery store that confuses you.  Maybe you’re wanting someone to help you cull through your fridge and pantry and show you where you can make changes.  Just let me know how I can be of assistance!

Kitchen Makeover (3 Hours) $150*

After a consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, plan a course of action, and make sure your fridge and pantry are set up to get or keep you on the right track for healthy eating.

Coaching (30 Days) $225

Includes a consultation, goal setting, recipes, resources and materials, and weekly emails or phone calls to talk about your progress.

Training Day (6 Hours) $295*

A whole day of healthy learning!  I’ll do a consultation, discuss and set your goals,  take you on a guided trip to the grocery store, do a fridge/pantry makeover, and show you how to make a selection of raw and plant-based recipes.
